showing both front and
back (pixellated) sides. Quoting Scott:
"The wafer is 6-inch. The manufacturer is finishing some details with
the ceramic carrier design. Once the ceramic is complete, the detector
will be mounted and sent to LANL for testing" (Jan 2006).
